Hi Comrades

Well we shall see further the Indian food that we left out in part -2 just because it's simple don't ignore “ Our Food is Medicine” so we don't need An Apple or Doc to check our lives every day

Banana Flower

Banana flowers contain many nutrients, containing antioxidants, various minerals, and an insignificant proportion of protein. They’re also low in calories and fat while offering a proportion of insoluble and soluble fiber.

Soluble fiber dissolves in water to form a gel-like mixture in your gut. It may help lower cholesterol and blood sugar levels.

On the other hand, insoluble fiber doesn’t dissolve in water. It adds bulks to the stool to help it move through your digestive system.

The banana flower has been used in traditional medicine across the Americas, Asia, India, and Africa to treat various syndromes. The leaves, sap, peel, and roots of the banana tree have medicinal uses as well

Ginger & Garlic

Ginger was exported as a medicinal herb. It has been associated with a host of healthy effects on the body, such as the treatment of stomach ache, diarrhea, nausea of gastric upset, pregnancy, motion sickness, or chemotherapy, Some of the most common uses of ginger include the treatment of indigestion, controlling nausea, and relief of flu-like symptoms in common cold.

Garlic is one of the most common ingredients in Indian dishes but apart from imparting aroma to food, this tiny, white pod also has enormous therapeutic properties. Used since time immemorial to treat various syndromes, garlic is one ingredient in your kitchen that has several uses. Garlic strengthens the immune system as well as helps to protect against infections, coughs, and congestion. In the winter months, garlic is a great food to boost your immune system and ward off colds and flu. An old folk remedy is to eat a clove of garlic that has been dipped in honey at the first sign of a cold. 

While selecting the country's Ginger it me more Red sandy and prefer the country's garlic which is tiny compared to China's garlic

Black Pepper

Pepper is medicine to increase internal warmth. It has been traditionally used for respiratory infections, as well as ailments associated with the internal organs. Pepper components purifying and antioxidants properties, and enhances bioavailability — meaning it helps the body absorb and disseminates required nutrients. Besides, pepper may help stimulate the free flow of oxygen to the brain, aid in digestion, and blood circulation, facilitate craving, and assist joint health. Black pepper may have a fascinating effect in that it increases the blood flow.

Turmeric

Turmeric root powder, from turmeric, a plant in the ginger family is natively grown commercially in that region, primarily in India. turmeric is facilitated as a dietary fiber accompaniment for a a mixture of ailments it, including arthritis, digestive infections, respiratory disorders, allergies, liver infection, recession, and many others.

It is called Indian Golden Saffron 

Instead of powder go for natural fresh turmeric and store as in open it is prone to rotten so take fresh turmeric with a half cup of coconut oil, a 7-8 peppers grinder, and store in the fridge use in cooking or eat on an  empty stomach

Try this

  • 50 g fresh turmeric, peeled and cut into pieces (2 cm - see Tips)
  • 50 g fresh ginger, peeled and cut into pieces (2 cm)
  • 60 g coconut oil
  • 1 - 2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp water
