There are alot of things in ur everyday life which have amazing and mysterious facts hidden behind. The most common thing to us is our FOOD! How fun would it be to know the crazy unknown facts about it? LET'S HAVE A LOOK AT IT!!

1. Bananas are actually berries whereas Strawberry isn't. how shocking is that?
2. Everybody loves a pack of popcorns during movies and shows but did you know that the very first item that was ever MICROWAVED were POPCORNS!
3. An apple gives you way more energy than a cup of coffee. Now we'll think twice before shoving all that caffeine in us, wouldn't we?
4. Did you know that cucumbers are 96% water?
5. So sorry to burst your bubble but FRENCH FRIES are NOT French!!
6. Honey is basically bee vomit! ew. But works wonders for your body.
7. Expiration dates on water bottles have nothing to do with the water in it.
8. Our burgers and fries are incomplete without KETCHUP; but did you know that ketchup was used as medicine in the 1830s. How cool is that?
9. Apples come from the rose family.(so does cherry).
10. A cob of corn always has an even number of grains.
11. Everyone loves to munch on some nuts. Did you know that pistachios are actually fruits!
12. Germany did not originate the German chocolate cake.
13. Our very own India the largest producer of sugarcane!
14. White chocolate isn't real chocolate.
15. This ones a gross one : Red food dye is made from boiled beetles and is used in foods such as tomatoes, strawberries,skittles,lipstick too!
16. Chocolate was once used as currency in countries like Mexico and South America. (tip: chocolate can help u fight depression)
17. Humans' DNA is 60% the same as bananas.
18. India produces , consumes and exports the most chilli peppers in the world! 
19. Ripe cranberries bounce like a rubber ball! (u wouldn't be bored huh?)
20. Lastly, the origin of chocolate chip cookies are still unknown!
