Crispy corn is one of the most lovable starter. It is a perfect snack to serve your guests when you have a time crunch.
It is a simple snack where corn is coated with cornflower, salt and then deep fried until it changes its colour to golden brown and becomes crispy and add masala to it.
Along with the crispiness, what elevates this recipe is its subtle taste which it derives from Cumin powder and salt.
And the best part, it is super easy to make and even kids loves munching on them.

Ingredients
•Sweet Corn - two cups
•Cornflour - 3 table spoon
•1/2 table spoon chaat masala
•1/2 table spoon roasted Cumin Powder
•Salt to taste
•1/2 table spoon red chili powder
•2 table spoon lemon juice
•Onion - 1 small chopped finely
•Green Chillies - 1 chopped finely
•Coriander Leaves - finely chopped
•Oil for deep fry
•Water for boiling the corn

1) Take some water in a boiling pan and add 2 cup sweet corn 🌽 and also add 1/2 table spoon of salt to it.
Put the pan in the oven and boil it for 3 to 4 minutes .
2) Now take the corn in a bowl , drain all the water from it and wait until the corn came in the room temperature.
3) Add 3 table spoon cornflower and salt with the boiled corn and mixed it.
4) Fry the corn in the frying pan for 2-3 minutes or until the corn become golden brown in low and medium heat .
5) remove the fried corn out from oil and put in a paper towel.
6) add 1/2 table spoon of chaat masala ,1/2 table spoon of red chili powder ,1/2 table spoon of roasted Cumin Powder , 2 table spoon of lemon juice , 1 table spoon of finely chopped onion and green chilies and some finely chopped coriander leaves with the fried corn and mixed it very well.
The delicious fried corns get a makeover after mixing with these ingredients.
