Hair loss is a major problem faced by young children to old people. Hair grows well for a few days, then suddenly the hair begins to fall out. I don't know what is the reason for this. Different types of oils and shampoos are used interchangeably. Although there are many reasons for hair loss like stress, lack of regular maintenance, genetics, nutritional deficiency, seasonal change plays a major role.

This is called 'Seasonal Hairfall' in English. During the rainy season, the excess hydrogen in the air is absorbed and the scalp becomes dry and hair falls out. Similarly, excessive sweating in the hot season leads to hair loss. It is normal for hair to fall out with every menstrual cycle. But for some it goes on and on without end.

"Generally, our hair consists of three cyclical phases: growth phase, resting phase, and falling phase.

This cycle changes every hundred days. But this cycle is not the same for everyone.

For many people, the hair loss phase starts during summer. Because excessive sweat remains in the head and the moisture remains there, the problem of hair fall will occur. Hair breakage is more common in winter. It can also make us feel like we are losing more hair. Also, when we shower our head often, the scalp and hair become dry. Chlorine and salt in the water we use can also lead to hair loss. 

Although hair loss is seasonal, shedding 50 to 100 hairs per day is normal. If hair loss is more than that then seek medical advice. Deficiency in hair roots, nutritional deficiency, hormonal and vitamin related problems can cause excessive hair loss.
Using mild shampoos and good conditioners can prevent hair loss. It is better to wash your hair with an oil massage before taking a bath. Do not stay with the oil for a long time and wash your hair within 10 to 15 minutes.

Hair is made of protein. So following a protein rich diet is the best way to prevent shedding.
Eggs, green gram, paneer, chicken, channa, pulses should be included more in our diet. Eat antioxidant-rich carrots, juicy fruits, papaya and vegetables.

It is better to avoid applying too much oil on the head when going out. Because the dust that is outside stays on our head and that causes more dandruff.
