TIME TRAVELLING, For centuries, the concept of time travel has bothered people’s imaginations.Time travelling is travelling through time to past or present In movies there may be creation of machines that are capable of travelling through time like a new dimension. So let me include some common ideas that are imaged common by us
You may imagine time travel as
1.A machine with several buttons
2.After setting a time in a clock the person who operates click a particular button(Can't understand why there are several other buttons!!!)
3.Then it travels through a specific way where only distorted lights can be seen
4.At last they arrive to the reality(Same or different place)
These representations are our perceptions! Then which is real???
Time is stated to be as a perceptions by us or it is a illusion in our matrix. Time and speed are strongly correlated to each that one theory states
Nothing can travel faster than light but if achieved, that will be where we can travel to past
In a finding, it is stated as the space warps as we travel at higher velocities. And as time is one of the dimension of space, the time is also affected. In such cases length contraction, time dilations may even occur And so when the dimension of time warps there occurs changes in time for people.
One such thing of example is astronauts travel nearly at 17,500mph in ISS(International Space Station) . Astronaut Scott Kelly was one such astronaut who stayed in ISS for 520 days. After his return to earth, it was found that he was 5 milliseconds younger than his twin brother on Earth.
Even I can't understand how such age calculations are occuring in our science field but to believe that time dilation is real.
Practical example to believe is that the concept of light year. As easy to explain it takes about 4.2 years for light to reach the nearest star PROXIMA CENTAURI from earth. If so then the light that we can witness from Proxima Centauri was emitted 4.2 years. As nothing can travel faster than light, then if we build a short way in this space to reach the star than the way the light reaches us, we can witness our earth of past 4.2 years viewing it from our eyes for real and live.
That shortcut is called as a WORMHOLE.
