If you have not stayed in a hostel, for once in your life, then you have missed the chance to live life to its full extend. I have lived in a hostel for 13 years. And to be honest, those are the most beautiful days of my life. At the age of 14, I started my hostel life. First day in the hostel. My parents left me there and I started to cry. (My heart was like, pack your bags and run away from here). But my seniors supported me. After dinner they call for all newly admitted students and for three hours, they tell us stories, poems, how-to live-in hostel, and other things. The funny thing is, in class if one student starts to cry then all other student starts to cry. And that time teacher was like, what should they do. But thinking about it now, they were the golden days. In the morning we have to wake up at 5 A.M. And report to the PE teacher. My PE teacher was like Hitler. If we were late for 1 minute, he will gift it to us. And that gift will leave a red line on hand. One day, I was failed to wake up. And when I reach the ground, the teacher was there with a stick in his hand. “What should I do now”? And I begin to think about the reason what should say. My stomach is in pain. Or I have a headache. When I reach the teacher and he asks the reason. Because of fear, I said, “my stomach has a headache”. He was staring at me. After a small pause, he began to laugh. And said, “next time think of good reason”. I am feeling embarrassed. But he doesn’t hit me with a stick and asked me to stand in a queue. I was safe because of my bad joke. But that joke saves my life. (not life, my hand). After that, I never came late on the ground. (for one year only). And when I completed my one year, I become good and give reasons. That PE teacher was the one, because of him, I came to love the sport. I choose Yoga. (To perform it, we were excluded from running). This was the event of my life in six standards. And after that, the level of the event rises up. Next time I will talk about the food in the hostel. That was also a good story. So, look forward to it.
