Hey guys 👋 . How are you all??? I am coming with a new topic which is titled as that “Kanyadaan is Right or Wrong". I hope guys you all are very enthusiastic to know about that. So please read the blog carefully and peacefully.

So first of all we should know about the real meaning of" Kanyadaan". Kanyadaan is an important ritual based on the Bramhans texts in which the father gives her daughter to that unknown person and their family from which they met recently as a greatest gift of his life just to fulfill the Hindu rituals or so cold to fulfill the highest duty of a father.

What the meaning of the word “Daan” is??

Daan means to donate something to any person and after the donation that person have no relation with that thing which he or she donated and we all know very well that we donate non living things like food, clothes, money, accessories etc.not the living things like humans.

So why the daan word is attached with girl (Kanya).

1.Kanya is a living thing then why the father donates her??

2. After donates her girl is father or her family have no relation after the marriage??

Is the donation of a girl is right or wrong??

No, the girl is not a thing to donate because she is a living being and we all should protest against it to stop this wrong and useless rituals which was made by the Brahmans according to their needs and their thinking capabilities.

Guys I think people have different points of views about the Kanyadan. Some are in favour of that mostly the Bramhans who made this type of rituals and some are in against of it. My purpose is not to hurt the feelings of any person but I just want to attract the people on this topic so that you can all decides that it's right or wrong.

I want to share an example of the most famous poetess “Subhdra Kumari Chauhan”

During the marriage of her daughter she doesn't perform Kanyadan of her daughter to set an example in front of the society that Kanya is not a thing to donate.

So guys now you have to decide what's the right or Wrong you are in favour of it or against of it.
