We can't be happy all the time. Each one of us are somewhere sad. We all have bad phase or bad day in our lives which we really find difficult to cope up with it. If you are having bad day then it's totally fine. Try to learn something out from that experience.
Sometimes we feel like we all are so alone and there's no one to understand us and we end up saying to people that we are doing really well. We fake ourselves so much in this reel world that it becomes difficult for us to figure how we are actually feeling. The feeling of being judged by others scares us the most to not to express our feelings. Don't think of others as how they see you. It's okay to be sad all the time, you just don't need to act happy in front of others.
If you are not feeling okay then do have a conversation with your closed ones. They will surely understand if you are able to explain how you actually feel. If anyone is not able to give suggestions or advice then it's totally fine. Not all of them can come up with instant solution. One cannot lessen the pain of others but atleast they can hear you out. It makes one feel light. Just share your problems and also become attentive listener when it's needed. Just listen to the people.
You know what God loves us the most in our ‘not okay’ state. When we are happy then completely forget about God. But one is more aware of God when he or she is in trouble. If one expresses his or her feelings to God then God shows his concern by sending his messenger in the form of a human being. So try to communicate with your friends or parents or on whom you trusts.
If one has hesitation in opening up their problems to others then there are many more ways or methods to vent out their emotions. One can express their feelings by writing, talking to others, crying or in any other way in which one is more comfortable. Listening to music is also a good therapy. I personally feel that writing is the best method to let out your feelings. If you are feeling low then do make a diary and start writing about how you feel.
Also, in this situation you have to be physically and mentally strong. Staying positive can also become the greatest strength of yours. Think of good things. Thanks to the Almighty God and seek his blessings
