Hi guyzz…so today I am here to tell you about acne problems that we all face in our lives maybe due to improper diet,hormonal imbalance and many more.Due to genetics and hormones sometimes acne can feel like it's out of control.No matter how many products we use.Thats frustrating isn't it?..

Even though the exact cause of acne has not been identified. Although certain things are there that can trigger acne or make it even worse.

1.Hormonal change such as puberty,menstrual cycle, and pregnancy can trigger acne.

2.when you squeeze pimple.

3.When you scrub your skin vigorously. 

4.High humidity weather. 

5. When you use too many cosmetics or experiments with them or when we use harmful products or oil based products. 

..Everybody is different and so are symptoms

Face mask made with kitchen ingredients is one of the most effective way of treating acne at home.Guyz I have gone through this so I will be giving the tips which helped me to reduce all the acne and helped me to get a clear and acne free skin it will surely take some time but it is going to work trust me…just keep going on and have some patience it may take a lot of time…but it will surely work..

For instance turmeric and honey mask,aloevera and turmeric mask,yeast and yoghurt mask,oatmeal mask are some of the highly recommended remedies which I tried and it worked here the main and most important thing to get a healthy skin and glowing skin is to drink a lot of water atleast 3 litres/day will help you to stay hydrated.

Green tea is loaded with a countless number of health benefits be it for digestion or for weight loss but this ingredient can also help you to help relieving acne problem contains a high concentration of catechins, group of polyphenols antioxidant that help you in breaking down the chemicals and waste product that damage healthy skin.Even apple cider vinegar is best that can help you alleviating acne problem.Mint, tea tree oil, garlic, rosemary, lemon, and coconut oil are some of the other kitchen ingredients that are known to be helpful in treating acne and pimples..

Wash face twice a day using mild soap and warm water (do not scrub).Don’t burst or pop pimples, this may cause acne to get worse. Clean eyeglasses regularly Let skin breathe. Don’t wear tight headbands, caps or sleeves unless they are newly cleaned.
