Quality Work In Time

Everyone has that one person in life who always get way more work done than anybody else but who never seem stressed trying to finish an assignment. how does she/he get it done? and can you steal secrets to improve your productivity?

yes you can.

i will take my example here so when i have lot of things to finish. first thing to follow is prepare a list and then prioritize them. priorities can be defined on different parameters like criticality of job, deadline of the job, urgency of the job.

people with highest productivity ratings, in fact don't even work eight hours days. turns out, the secret to retaining highest level of productivity over the span of a workday is not working longer - but working smarter with frequent breaks.

they are able to get most work done during comparatively short periods of working time is that their working timings are treated as sprints.

they make the most of 60 minutes by working with intense purpose , but then rest for the next burst. in other words they work with purpose. purpose is what keeps them driving and providing better results.

Working with purpose shows dedication towards the job . therefore , during 60 minutes of work , you are dedicated to accomplish tasks, getting things done and making progress. but , during your 15 minutes of break, you're completely removed from work you are doing - you are entirely resting, not peeking at your email or facebook.

there are lot of benefits to this rest time. First and more important is your productivity, working for longer period of time can be boring which halts your ability to perform.

so how can you make the most of your breaks in order to get the most out of your working sprints. First step away from your computer/mobile.do little exercise or step outside/ take a walk around to clear your mind and get your body moving. grab something healthy to eat to replenish your energy levels.

A person can't be 100% productive all day. as much as you want to make the most of every minute, to get stuff done ,to hustle, it's just not humanly possible. construction is like a muscle :  it need to rest to be able to function, and it shouldn't be overworked. otherwise it will simply burn out and take longer to get back into the swings of things.

So make a commitment to take serious breaks this week. if 15 minutes every hour feels like too much consider just taking 5 or 10 every hour or 15 minutes every 2 hour.

THE RESULTS COULD SUPRISE YOU!
