Lately I have been observing more. of what's happening around me, of my emotions, of other's reactions and actions, the event that happen, everything. i have learnt a hard way to not to react to anything because nothing is here to stay. sometimes not reacting to things gives you better understanding of your own emotions and others emotions too.
you might want to see things by others perspective.
the best time of your life when you're sitting next to your dad watching a movie , that's not going to stay. the happy tears , a surprise party gave you not going to stay. moments that make you cry your heart out wishing things to be different, that's not going to time - averse anything.
you learn a lot when you stay away from your emotions. Notice it, recognize it & greet it like a visitor. then step away from it and observe it from a distance, you will learn more about yourself , where your emotions are coming from, unsaid trauma, undiscovered passion.
there is a purpose to our emotions, no doubt. sometime we don't understand from where particular emotion is coming from but our emotions can rule our thoughts and actions after all and therefore we need to instruct our behavior. we need to embrace them , in order to move through them.
you learn a lot about others intentions , their motives. their unsaid emotions what makes them happy , their triggered and deep kept dark places.
it helps you to understand them a bit better and know where they are coming , keeps you kind and courteous.
Be humble , we've all had our bad days and good days. Poor becomes rich in a lucky lottery , high achieving CEO's committing suicide. world is suddenly become better , world will suddenly breaks down. all we need to do is sit and observe. everyone is not always in their pleasant green part of their lives. leave everyone better than how you found them.
In this pandemic everyone is going through lot of emotions , mood swings. sometimes you just want to deal with those (like right now i am) but you can always turn around those emotions by giving some time to yourself. by finding a balance it between.
A negative mind will never give you positive life.
so let's start the day by spreading positively by handling our emotions in better way.
