However, some air pollutants, such as O3, nitrogen dioxide, and sulphur dioxide, as well as particulates that scatter light, such as clouds and soot, in the troposphere lessen the effects of shorter wavelength UVR, and in heavily polluted urban areas, significant drops in UV irradiance have been recorded.
Hence it is very important to concentrate on our diet to prevent aging and make our skin healthier and beautiful.

2. Dryfruit-
Walnut-This is rich in Omega 3 fatty acids. You can consume 3-4 walnuts anytime in a day. It is better to have 2-2 walnut at a time. This is loaded with Vit C,E & antioxidants
Almonds- This is rich in Vitamin E and it is very goof for our skin. You can have 2-4 almonds at any time of the day.You can take soaked almonds which improves the quality of almond.
