Going to Kota, we saw that we are very weak compared to the children who have come there to study.  

We started to feel that even if we take coaching throughout our life, it is not in our power to pass this exam, then suddenly the voice of that artist got stifled.  After a while he said that my friend Sushil got so depressed that one day he left the city and went somewhere far away.  

After that my mind went on its fixed path.  I will become a painter, I will make such a picture in which the picture of Sushil's childhood is there, he should have a heavy bag on his waist, in that bag the big dreams of the parents and Sushil should be loaded with those dreams.  

There is Sushil in this picture who does not know where is he today?  Friends, I want to send a message, please do not impose your dreams on your children, let them decide their own future.

under CSR.  Some of them got jobs in hotels and some got jobs in other places.  Today, when passing near the huts near the hotel, the people here have become very protective towards the guests.  He greets them and even helps carry the luggage to the gate.  Whereas earlier they used to play on the road and used to damage their vehicles with the ball.  

This CSR activity not only brought good name to the Surf Hotel but also made the entire locality clean and a soothing sight for the guests.  Similarly, short-term training is being given to employed wives and husbands according to their needs so that they excel in their respective fields.  

After this initiative, resignations in these companies have become almost negligible.  This has reduced the cost of recruitment and training in the company.  

The bottom line is that when you re-adjust the existing job as per the requirements of the surrounding, it will not only make the placement of the students easier for the job but also the employees will stay with the company for a longer period of time.
