Paripurna Navasana(Boat Pose)

Boat pose is basically seating type of yoga that increase the awareness of once who practices & help them to build focus. this if for strengthen you core & improve you hip flexor. this pose help your abdominal muscle & lower muscle.

Ushtrasana(Camel Pose)  

This Pose is like a backbend yoga asana that stretch entire front body part this asana performed on your knee mostly use as a warm up for workout. this yoga pose extend your chest, abdomen, hip flexors & your quad muscle.

Urdhav Mukh Shavasana (upward dog pose)

Bakasana(Crow Pose)

Matsayana(Fish Pose)

Setu Bandh Saravsana(Bridge Pose)

Dharnuarsana(Bow Pose)
