The way in which a person lives is called life style. Now a days everyone is cautious about a healthy lifestyle. Even though cautious about a healthy lifestyle – basically much of us leading a unhealthy lifestyle. We are living in the era of digital. In short we can say it is the generation of computers, cell phones, burgers, KFC’s and late night parties. More over everyone in the midst of professional commitments and personal issues. So they are not in a position to lead a healthy lifestyle.
What is the benefits of healthy lifestyle?
A healthy lifestyle many benefits both mind and our body. If we follow a healthy lifestyle then we can reduce the risk of having cancer, heart diseases, sugar, obesity and osteoporosis. In past days our ancestors were stress upon the daily needs ie. Food and shelter ie. Good house for living. Daily they went for shopping by bare foot for purchasing commodities nearby markets. But now a days using vehicles for going nearby places. It produces much health issues to our bodies. We ignore their advices so much of us suffering from lifestyle diseases. What they suggest is absolutely correct to lead a healthy lifestyle.
Benefits of healthy lifestyle:
Unhealthy habits such as smoking, drinking, having junk food, spending too much time on digital devices makes us fatty and serious illness to our bodies.
How we can keep healthy.
For keeping our body and mind healthy we should follow some rules. By following these rules we,can achieve the goal. Self discipline is inevitable to achieve this. Besides there are certain measures to stay healthy.
One and unavoidable first rule is to plan and follow a strict diet. This diet should contain all the essential minerals and vitamins required for the body. Avoid Junk foods, such as burgers, pizzas etc. and heavily carbohydrate and fatty food.
Second healthy habit is to wake up early in the morning and early to bed. Waking up early to avoid hurry burry daily routines . It help us to get ready for work early, spend some quality time with our beloved ones. Besides this decides time for your sleep and sleep early it makes us stress free body.
Third important healthy habit is to exercise regularly. Doing exercise regularly makes your body more active and it also releases the pent-up stress from the muscles.
Another important healthy habit is to keep a distance with digital devices like mobile phones etc. Now a days mobile phone is unavoidable thing for new generation. Even the school students from kindergarten it is a most essential. After the Kovid 19 , everything was in online platform. The school, worship centeres , offices etc.,. The biggest drawback of this generation is that they are obsessed with their mobile phones. More over these devices cause many physical and mental problem for them. So, to avoid the negative effects of mobile the usage volume of them should be reduced.
Finally it is most important to connecting with positive minds because the more you indulge with these people then less you will go to the negative side.
“Health is wealth”. We must vigilant that there are several bad habits that affect our society too. These bad habits and lifestyle can cause much harm to ourselves and our societies. A healthy lifestyle has many benefits to our social as well as personal life. Besides it improves the relationships in the family. Most importantly, the person who lives a healthy lifestyle lives longer as compared to those who do not.
In short for staying healthy are eating a balanced diet, maintain weight, having sound sleep early and wake up early. Use mobile lesser. Thus we can free from sickness and diseases. It is a costly gift of nature to us for living a purposeful life. Also we can do more work than our capacity without getting tired.
