Welcome again my readers. Today's topic is too important for all of us because everyone have a addiction of some kind and some wants to overcome it. So, today I bring a blog for you all. Before starting the blog I am requesting you all to follow me and read my previous blogs too.
So, guys everyone has some type of addiction and addiction of anything is hilarious for human body mentally as well as physically, even if you have addiction of reading booksπ.
Doing same work continuously and for the long time repeatedly is known as addiction. A person becomes addict when he/she is not mentally fit or in the stress/tension.
A person will not be addicted in one day. He/she took long time to get addicted. There are four stages of addiction.
When a person do that work 1st time then it's known as addiction.
After using/doing it for one time a person using/doing it regularly and continuously.
After you are doing/using it regularly then you got depended on it.
Now your daily use/doing thing becomes your addiction.
There are several ways to overcome any addiction but you need to be dedicated for that. So, below are some tips to overcome your addiction.
Your addiction will take far you from family, friends and even from yourself. All the time you will just think about your addiction and want to do it again and again.
You need to be dedicated to overcome your addiction. If you don't want to overcome your addiction then Noone will help you.
