Hey everyone, i hope you are doing great!! So here i am back with a new blog and that is about yoga. We all know what yoga is, so i don't have to tell you that but did you know how important the yoga is? Did you which yoga asanas or poses will help you a lot? Okay so if your answer is no, then read the blog till end!!
I will tell you the 5 basic yoga poses so if you don't do the yoga before than these poses are definitely for you, because they are so easy and are for beginners.
2. Vrksasana : This pose is really helpful when you wants to improve your balance. You just have to do this pose for 30 seconds on each leg and repeat for 5-6 times. This pose will also keep you fit.
3. Adho Mukha Svanasana : This pose will enhance your flexibility. In this pose your body forms and inverted V shape and you have to put both your hands on the mat, you are using for Yoga. Put your hands in a position that they come in front of your shoulder. This pose will increase flexibility in you body and also calm your nerves.
4. Balasana : This is the most beneficial pose if you want to heal yourself and calm your mind. You have to bend your knees on the mat and bring your chest close to the floor. This pose will send the calming energy in your whole body.
5. Tadasana : If you want to improve the posture of your body then this body is definitely for you. You have to strand straight in this pose and put your hand in sides. So if you really wants to work on your posture then do try it and your are happy with the result.
Do try this yoga postures and you start to feel changes in your body as well you also feel the change in your mindset.
