We often meet our friends and plans a reunion with them. But we don't do the same thing with our family. Here, i am talking about our extended family, our uncles, aunts and cousins from both paternal and maternal sides.

A family reunion is very important for us according to me. Actually, I am in the metro and returning from a family reunion.

Family reunion is important, we all miss the enjoyment we do with our cousins when we were children. Now, we all are busy in our studies or jobs but living that enjoyment again is the most amazing thing. I felt that tonight.

So, today's is my cousin's brother birthday, he is 12 years now. My aunt plans a birthday party and invite everyone. So after long time, all of us are together again.

We talked, we eat together, we dance together, after a very long time. Laughing and cracking jokes with cousins is the next level enjoyment and when you  have the cousins of your age, then you are really lucky.

Sometimes, we leave our home and come to another city or country to complete our study or for a job. We don't have time to meet or call our family. Sometimes, we don't talk for weeks. We feel that our life is changing, we give priority to our work than our family. But keeps your family always your priority. 

Focus on your work or on your study but don't keep you family behind this. Talk to them, not our hours but for minutes. Because one day, you are going to feel that. You feel guilty for not keeping your family your priority. Going home on every festival is not possible but try to visit hoke once in a while, never keep yourself apart from your family.

When we stay away from home, our friends become our family and there is nothing wrong in that. Afterall, we all need someone. 

Our family needs us and we need them too, We realise that very late. Always try to spend time with your parents and your siblings. If possible, always plan a family reunion with your extended family. The time we spend with them is precious. We miss them when they become a memory and at that time we realise our mistake and feel guilty about it. We have the chance now, rather than feeling guilty, collect memories to cherish them later.
