Every time you feel thirsty, drink water and avoid the flavored drinks. Drinking 240 ml of water in a day makes your body healthy and fit. Drinking water has many advantages, it loses weight on your body but also glows your skin. Water makes the circulation of blood proper also.
Eat Fruits
We all love to drink shakes instead of eating fruit, but again the amount of sugar in shakes is far more than in the fruits. So instead of drinking shakes, eat fruits.
