We all have to face rejection in our lives at some point. Sometimes we get rejected in an interview or fail an exam. But the main question is: do we stop trying due to the fear of rejection and failure? Some of us face the lowest points in our lives, and at that time we feel that we are good for nothing and everything is against us. But the main point is, do we stop and stay at that point, or do we work hard to get out of it?
It is easy to say that rejections and failures are part of life; get over them, but the person who is facing the situation of failure or rejection knows all about it. It is not at all easy to get over the fear of rejection. It is easy to say "keep calm and forget the rejection," but anyone who has experienced this knows that staying calm is difficult. But the main point is, do we have any choice? We have to keep calm, we have to focus on other things, and we have to work hard to cope with rejections.
We have to work hard to make peace with our failures. But you know what? Working hard is easy, but the negative thoughts we have in our minds due to our past failures and rejections hold us back. The one thing we can do is let go. Let go of our past, let go of your rejections and failures, and make a fresh start without the negative thoughts.
I understand that saying is much easier than doing, but what is the point of holding on to rejections when you can hold on to your successes? Many quotes say that rejection teaches you something, which is true, but rejections are not something we can hold onto for the rest of our lives. You are aware that we can maintain our success for the rest of our lives.
So, if you are holding on to any kind of rejection or failure, then just let it all go and make a fresh start. And one day you find your success, and then you can hold onto it for your entire life.
Rejections and failures are part of life, but don’t make them yours.
