This blog is a little different from the previous ones, this blog is about a medical condition which is diabetes. Every third person in the world has diabetes. This is said that diabetes happens to someone if they eat too many sweets, but is this really true? Because if we think from a different perspective, we conclude that past generations, means our grandmother, grandfather and their parents eat sweet dish more than anything else but still they were too fit than our generation, so can diabetes really happen with sweets? And if diabetes really happens with sweets then how do our past generations keep themselves safe from it.

Yes, nature is the answer to every medical condition. They stay fit because they eat naturally and live naturally, infect their work is also related to the nature. Nature helps them to treat their diseases, diabetes is one of them.

We all are so busy with our work that we forget to give time to our bodies. Like our work needs our attention then our body needs it too. Doing exercise regular helps you to stay away from diabetes or get control of diabetes if you already have it. We take injections of insulin if we have diabetes, but do you know exercise automatically increases the amount of insulin in your body naturally, isn’t it awesome and magical?
Sunlight
Taking sunlight is also another natural way of treating diabetes. We all know that sunlight contains vitamin D which is good for our body, but we didn’t know that sunlight also helps to increase the amount of insulin in our body which is a way of treating diabetes.
Control your stress
I think this is also true because we know how much stress our generation goes through stress, the work stress, the body stress, the relationship stress, the friendship stress, the family stress, and the list goes on. We stress so much and don’t talk to anybody about that. We stress so much on many small things, the things that don’t deserve stress.
