IN EARLY STAGES OF LIFE PEOPLE ADORE BABIES FOR BEING CUTE, CHUBBY AND ROLY-POLY. EVERYBODY WANTS THEIR BABY TO BE HEALTHY AND BE LIKE A BUTTERBALL.HOWEVER AS WE ENTER IN OUR ADOLESCENCE PEOPLE WANT US TO BE LEAN AND SKINNY AND ON TOP OF THIS THEY DEFINE THIS BODY TYPE AS HEALTHY. PEOPLE CAN NEVER BE SATISFIED.
WELL MOST OF US ONCE IN THE LIFE HAVE BEEN PART OF THIS AND BODY SHAMED. SOME ON THE BASIS OF THEIR SKIN COLOUR,SOME ARE BEING TAUNT BECAUSE OF THEIR WEIGHT AND SOME ARE BEING CALLED OUT FOR BEING TOO SHORT OR TOO TALL. MOREOVER SOCIAL MEDIAS HAVE MADE US INSECURE ABOUT OURSELVES AND EVEN WHEN WE ARE PERFECT AND BEAUTIFUL FROM EVERY ANGLE BUT STILL WHEN WE LOOK OURSELVES IN MIRROR WE CRETISE OUR EVERY ANGLE AND EVERY BODY IS PERFECT.
SO LET ME SHARE A STORY OF GIRL CALLED ARIEL
SINCE HER CHILDHOOD SHE WAS CRITICED FOR BEING TOO SHORT AND TOO FAT. AS SHE WANDERED IN STREETS PEOPLE USED TO CALL HER MOTI,FATSO AND CHOTI MOTI AND EVEN HER FAMILY AND FRIENDS GAVE HER THE SAME NICKNAMES.AREIL STARTED SEEING HERSELF AS UGLY, UNATTRACTIVE. NONETHLESS LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE HER PATIENCE TOO HAD A BREAKING POINT, SO DECIDED FROM NOW SHE WILL WRITE HER OWN DESTINY. ARIEL PROMISED HERSELF TO RISE ABOVE FROM THE EXPECTATIONS OF THE SOCIETY, SHE STARTED WATCHING VIDEOS ON SELF LOVE AND TWO THINGS THAT ARE MOST COMMON ARE MENIFESTATION AND EXERCISING. THEREFORE SHE STARTED DOING YOGA
AND HERE ARE THE BENEFITS THAT SHE EXPERIENCED:

SHE BECAME FRIENDS WITH HERSELF NOW HER HEIGHT AND WIEGHT WERE JUST NUMBERS AND SHE KNOW SHE IS BEAUTIFUL JUST THE WAY SHE IS.

YOGA MADE HER MORE HAPPIER THAN SHE EVER WAS. FROM MEDIATION SHE GOT RID OF ALL THE NEGATIVE ENERGIES, ANXIETY, PANIC, ANGER. SHE GAINED A NEW PERSPECTIVE FOR HER BODY, SHE FELT MORE ENERGECTIC BOTH MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY, A BOOST IN ALERTNESS AND ENTHUSIASM.
