Any student remains a student, he unfollows a lot of things in the pursuit of following one thing. Like any hobby you follow, music, sports, television, video games he leave it all in pursuing on thing. So in the meantime he who is a fellow student starts losing the balance of life here. So how to explain to them that they get help?
So suppose there are many students who are preparing for an examination, whether they are any examination or the examination has been cracked, they are studying after that, then what happens in this affair that their complete The focus goes there and gets very serious about it. Everything else gets distracted.
So we have to figure out where exactly the attention should be diverted and where the attention should be. In actual, the attention gets diverted from everywhere because most of the students are like that they say that now we have to study only, only focus on it. While this is not practically possible. It's just like I only have to stay in this room and don't want to move out and plus my mind should be stable. Both the work cannot be done simultaneously. Either of the two things can be done, either you can stay in the room or your mind can remain stable.
So now the thing to understand on this is that access of Everything is bad.
So these people who think that I have to do only this and only this, nothing else has to be done, nothing else has to be done. So now they're going to the extreme. So when you study in the extreme and the body revolts from within, then they will get indulge in the extreme. Now in order to cop up the extreme stress they got, they either need some extreme drugs, either they want alcohol or cigarettes, they want this or they want that. Whatever these addictions are, what is the root of all that they have been involved in some such work in extreme which they do not like to do but they feel that it is very good for my future then I have to do it.
So now what is to be understood here is that there are some things, which should never be left in life, never means never. Whether you are preparing for any entrance exam, whether you are studying, working, doing business, whether married or not. There is one from which the mind gets relief but if we are getting overindulged in that thing then it is bad. Then whatever it is, even if it is good.
For Example: We have water, water is very good, without it we will die, but if I only keep drinking water from morning till night, it is bad and if I do not drink water then also I will die too. So from both sides we are dying.
So what we need to understand that
Physical Activity is most Important. Leave everything else but don't give up physical activity till you die. Where you left your physical activity, understand that you have started decaying. Now something like this is happening. Beyond which you achieve anything, all is useless.
Because you are not physically active then you cannot feel good from inside.
And what could that physical activity be, it could be a sport, and if not, then walk, come from jogging, do a little gym or do a little something at home, did anything. But do not give up physical activity, only then you can stay mentally fit and stay alert.
Second option is that Do something like painting, dancing, singing, or hanging out with friends, watching a movie. Do any work that is not addictive, which means that you do not get trapped by taking it to a box. What is a mobile, what is a TV? It's just the box. Get out of the box, get out of the room. It is not that you are sitting inside the house and go on studying. Get out from the house for sometime also.
Make a balance that if you study for a couple of hours, then after that go and sit for 1-2 hours in some place where it is not necessary that you are doing anything but your mind has become relaxed.
So we should come to these two things, one is how we have to focus our attention on one place and the other is how we have to remove the attention from that place. Both are Important.
