Many find it difficult to live alone in a home. What if you have to live alone in a city? Maybe we've stayed there for a day or two out of curiosity. But slowly we may get tired of that life. We may unknowingly remember all the friends and neighbours who are with us for any help. But there is one person who loves loneliness, Ivo Zdarsky. He is the only resident of Lucin, a ghost town in the U.S. state of Utah. There are a few numbered trees and a desert that stretches as far as the eye can see.

His only companionship there was loneliness and wind. But for Zdarski, that was his home. He lives in an air hangar surrounded by three runways in the town. He builds aircraft propellers and calls his home Lucin International Airport. But the only plane that landed at that airport was his own one. His house is divided into two parts: one for his planes and the other for his residence. It only has a bathroom and a spacious living room. There are no walls in this house. There is no separation between the bedroom and the living room. I can sit in that one room and watch TV, use the computer and eat," he said. The home features a 90-inch flat-screen TV, four-foot-tall speakers, a computer, two beds, and an upside-down hot tub sofa.

But before leading such a life, he struggled a lot. Ivo Sadarski began his life in communist Czechoslovakia. Zdarski, who grew up during the Soviet era, lived under strict control. It was a world where everything was controlled by the government. He finally left his country at the age of 24 when he was an aeronautical engineering student. On August 4, 1984, he hid in a self - made glider at midnight. He flew away without even saying anything to the family. He landed at Vienna International Airport.

He showed his expired passport and sought refuge there. After Austria, Zdarsky moved to Los Angeles. There he became involved in the aircraft propeller business. Since starting Evoprop in 1986, he has sold about 20,000 propellers. They were all inspired by the first propeller he built in 1984 to escape to the USSR. In 1997, Zdarski saw the news of the sale of the town of Lusina. Lucina was a former railway community. Until the 1970s, few railway workers lived there. But, 50 years later, it was completely empty. As soon as he saw the news that it was being sold, he left the company and everything else without a second thought and took possession of the town.

Since 2008, he has been the only resident of the ghost town. If you want to go to the nearest grocery store there, which is completely isolated, you have to travel 160 miles. But he has a reason to buy this ghost town. He needed a spacious space to experiment with new inventions. One of those inventions was a new propeller aircraft. Not only airplanes but also guns were among his inventions.

Even so, owning one is still beyond the reach of the average person. In such cases he would turn to TV. But on a personal level, he is completely independent. Just do what he likes. Everything belongs to him. Control of life is in his hands alone. When you feel like it, you can build a plane, go out, sleep, and watch TV. If you want to get around or interact with people, you can get on his glider and travel 45 minutes to the nearest town.
