     Its not like the old time, now educational institutions as well as facilities are on its prosperity, and we have highly educated and intellectual people all around. Everyone work regardless of the gender and the families are more financially stable than ever before. But its not the end of the story. We have wealth, but do we have health? Despite knowing everything, why we lack health is a very important thing to ponder upon. When we prefer the white-collar jobs, the thing we often forget is about the time we spent (sit) in the office we work. A complete Sedentary life. No time to just stretch out the legs or hands as every second especially in the corporate and medical sector is valuable. Everyone is given 24 hours and its our responsibility to utilize it for a more productive day. We all know exercise has a significant role in our life, but still we fail. Let us look some key points to end this sedentary lifestyle forever.

Consistency

When someone advice exercise there is a category of people who, in no time go and get joined in a gym and do workouts for 5 or 6 continuous hours. This ritual will come to an end by a week and the result is invisible. Here we have to be more careful to get consistency than intensity. If a person makes time to work out for 20 minutes daily in the form of Yoga or any workouts, we could say it’s far better than a person who goes gym may be a day in a week and do intense workouts for more than 5 hours. We should have a consistent mind to follow what we started. If someone taken the decision to exercise everyday for a particular period of time , please don’t lose hope if one day is missed or the time we got is less than the planned. The real consistent behavior cannot be cultivated in perfection. First make things happen everyday and then strive for perfection.

Patience

Workouts are great, but it will take time for the changes to become evident. If we decide something stick on to it and be patient until the goal is achieved. We are 100% sure that the workouts can transform anybody to their desired shape. As it is a time taking process, be a silent achiever on these things to avoid the judgmental comments about your body. You should have a strong determination, and it will help you to patiently wait each day hopefully.

What to eat when

Mindfulness is the key factor for a healthy diet. We eat everything and we exercise is not the right way to achieve a healthy life style. Everything around us happens in a rhythm from sunrise to sunset. It all happens every single day without fail. So should be the diet. There should be a proper time format for eating anything. We have three meals a day , but by the interference of technology and television whenever we feel has become the right time to eat. We should be more cautious about the calorie in take, the time we consume the food and the type of food we eat. Its better if we move on with the nature rhythm that the last bite of dinner should be completed around the sunset. And after that the only thing you consume should be water. If so, our body will get enough time to repair itself by the next day sunrise. We say many diets like intermittent fasting, keto diet and so many unknown diets, but its so pity that no one is really caring about the time which we consume. It’s not compulsory to avoid lot of things if we act accordingly to this rhythm.
