6 Indian Food Myths And Truths - What Is True And What Is Not?

 Hello everyone!! Hope that all doing well and good. Am so grateful to you for supporting my first and the foremost blog. Here is my next blog and it's just all about the “Food “ moreover it's specifically about our Indian” Food” .

Many  people who have never tried Indian food or cuisine do so with the outdated ideas about the cuisine of India.

      Learn truth about the various Indian cuisine myths .

1. ALL FOOD IS SPICY 

There are numerous part of India where food is bland and even sweet, despite the fact that the Indian cuisine is hotter and Spicer than European and Western cuisine.

    Nearly all the meals in Gujarati cuisine gives the hint of sweetness and less spicy. Except for Andhra Pradesh, traditional South India cuisine is typically less spicy than any other part in India. Kashmir cuisine includes the meal with a sweet flavour. Therefore be sceptical when someone claims that Indian cuisine is hot.

2.INDIAN FOOD IS ONLY VEGETARIAN

The main community in India is Hindu and most of them are vegetarians. The Hindu faith has so many sub- sects though, that many of them have their own unique eating coustoms.

Contrary to popular assumptions, a large portion of Indians consume meat and it can be prepared effectively. The most common meat  in Indian cuisine is probably chicken. Hindus do not eat cow since they view it as a scared animal, although Muslims and Christians do so. Additionally costal areas like Goa, Mangalore, Kerala, West Bengal and others are known for their love of the seafoods.

3. THERE IS NO VARIETY IN INDIAN COOKING 

Many people especially foreigners and the first time visitors to India, believing that aren't many option of food will be available in India. The food culture India may be the most diverse and delicious in the entire globe.

Each of India's more than 29 states(country) has its own distinct culture and cuisine. The numerous ethnic group that have their unique recipes for their generations to be added. While North Indian favours for Roti ( an Indian bread) as their main course, whereas rice is the necessity meal or cuisine in the south region of India. Some unique regional cuisined of India are Udupi from Karnataka, North - Eastern cuisine is Chettinad. As you see part of India has their own unique & indentity cuisine . India has a large variety of cuisine than any other country.
