MENTAL HEALTH

Today,we are on that platform of our life, out of 100 people, 50 are suffering without knowing the reason…. 
Yes, Here I am talking about emotionally well, and behavioral changes not only physically! 
 When a person feel detached from themselves….feeling of being alone, particularly when the person is not experiencing something really good in his career or in life or it can be anything like in relationships. 
They feel disconnected like..dont want to talk to anyone. Even a joke , hurts them like they think too much! Or you can say they feel fear from the situations. Even a small situation can make them worry. Even if they try out to come out of it. They always have a thought of being what people will think about me! 
Like if you are giving a special week for mental health is not going to do much great ! Not just a week can improve someone's mental health. Its not a problem but it can be one! Because there is not even a single person in the entire world who can say i am happy, satisfied, rich or many more things….no one is fully satisfied.!  
There are so many examples in front of us. 
1.Even the richest man can't make his women happy (not referring the name) 
2.If a person who is suffering takes his life , we call it "suicide". We start about these topics mental health , depression otherwise we people are so selfish and that's the reality….we are selfish ! 
When the person is gone , we start crying. Not limited to crying , we also talk that the person was nice , good I wish that if he talk to me about the issues and etc…..we say and that is of no use now

We should be happy , grateful to god for what we are  
Just see the people on the footpaths , they are suffering alot but they smile !  
Thats the life 

If you also some kind of stress/anxiety  
You should go for  
Walk  
Listen to songs 
Do something what you like 
Eat ice cream and chocolate (mood booster) 
Enjoy with your friends 
Get out of your lonliness zone 
Coffee

Past, future they are like they may be your friend or an enemy or can say both 

Past is like , you may regret if i have done that i must be in  a good place or if i have maintained my relations i dont have to face now….and so many things we pick up from the past and keep on regretting that ! Instead of being grateful for today( PRESENT) .So sad,but  thats reality 

Present, you be like: what i will become , in which future will cherish me , will i be getting a job and many more , these things are just like crash , no one is going to see what you are doing not even your parents but not like ,you should not be like  out of the game , you should be responsible . Just feel free and do whatever you want. Try to explore yourself

Even if you are feeling stress just remember god …he is so great !  
You can also do exercise /yoga  
Have control on your breath

"TAKE A BREATH "
Focusing on your breathing slows down the adrenaline response and the
distressing thoughts.Breathe mindfully and noticet he sensations of breathing into your belly. You might find it helpful to count your breaths, or to breath in to a count of 4, and out to a count of 4.

"OBSERVE"
Your thoughts and feelings. For example: •I'm anxious
•My body's alarm system has been trigger
•My mind is tricking me into believing I'm in danger
• I'm feeling really tense hyped up

"PULL BACK AND ASK YOURSELF"
•Is this really true or does it just feel that way?
•Is this fact or opinion? What would a friend say about this
• What advice would I tell someone else?
•Even though it feels really bad,these physical sensations are a normal body response… 

Remember not even a single person is satisfied from the life 
Life is an exam which will show you both failures and success  
Person who came out of failures is actually a successful one 
Be happy for the life you are getting , some one is not even getting that.
