Take  a pan pour some sesame oil add curry leaves then put two big sized finely chopped onion. Salute onion for five minutes. Then put three big sized finely chopped tomato and salute till it become well cooked. Add some red chilly powder salute it for 1 minute and add the boiled garlic in mashed consistency with the garlic boiled water to the pan . Boiled garlic water is more important because the water contains the health benefits so add the water also now stir the curry for two minutes and the garlic curry ready. This garlic curry is very healthy and delicious. We can eat the garlic curry with rice, chapati, roti, and etc it is a super side dish .
