It's been a long gap i had joined this platform but haven't started my blog yet. I am a mother of two boys under 4 years literally struggling to find time for finding my time in the busy schedule. But accepting the fact that 'your efforts or time for the family is never recognised by any others or you have to be grateful about yourself is the way to get through these stages 'makes the job more satisfying.
Always make time to think of your blessings instead of thinking what is missing. You have to enjoy every moment of your life, make each passing day unique to find your own satisfaction about your life. It's not gonna work for everyday but we have to try to make it happen,even it is a silly thing.
You have to do it YOURSELF because no one has the key to your happiness unless and until you are allowing yourself to be. It's important to take care of your mental health providing positive thoughts and be always ready to face and overcome any challenges that comes in your way. In this era of social media everyone is spending their lifetime in a virtual world the number of people facing depression or any other mental issues are being increased.No one has time for spending quality time with the family rather they chooses to spend it with the phone.This indeed makes you more distracted to know your worth or doing anything productive, literally makes you lazy. I think everyone will take efforts to make time to get into social media atleast half an hour in a day as a routine which indeed will not be spent well with your family in a daily basis. This priority makes the difference in your lifestyle.
The things you are facing is all your own responsibility and if you want to change anything you should take the steps towards it, no is gonna make it happen. Be a person with vision,you have to make a review about your life journey till the moment to realise what you should do in your future to get a satisfied life without regrets anymore.
So let's think into the way of life we had came through what was the last action you had taken for yourself? Is there gonna be any changes in your life by the things you do daily? Do you have a good emotional health or whether anyone takes efforts towards it?
