Wormholes are tunnels through space-time, which are caused by gravitational fields. These are solutions to the Einstein field equations for gravity that act as tunnels, connecting points in space-time in such a way that the trip between the points through the wormhole could take much less time than the overall trip through normal space between the same two points. As I mentioned all these are only theoretical and concepts written in books, solved using equations, discussed by great minds, published by many legends. 

• If you want to travel, one thing that needs to be realized is that you will only have a glimpse at the other side if you stand on one side.
• Before going any further, it must be explained that the wormhole is created when each of the white holes, present inside the black hole’s merge. - This sounds complex isn't it? yes but Outer-space itself is full of complexities. Try digging deeper, the more you read, the more you will get addicted to it.
• It was found that the solution to an extension whose geometric interpretation was of two copies of the black hole geometry connected by a throat which is also known as an Einstein-Rosen bridge, which is written and proven theoretically.
• A throat is a dynamic object attached to the two holes that pinch off extremely quickly into a narrow link between them.
• This connection is unstable and that is why the white holes come apart again, closing the throat and leaving you at the mercy of the black hole.

Let's Go with More Details,

• To understand this system, first, imagine a regular black hole as you know it, and imagine you can go pass that black hole’s horizon without being torn apart by its tidal forces. 

• Then what you would be able to see is the mouth of the wormhole from the above image, and you would actually be able to see the other side. 
• Due to their ability to significantly shorten distances between any two points in the universe, wormholes have more than been looked upon as a possibility for interstellar travel for the future.

Now, In order to use a wormhole for interstellar travel, it must satisfy some conditions, such as:

1. The system/wormhole should be both spherically symmetric and static. Also one should keep in mind that the wormhole might be unstable to spherical or nonspherical deviation.
2. The solution must obey the theories and calculations such as Einstein field equations.  
3. To be a wormhole the solution must have a throat that connects two irregular regions of space-time.
4. The tidal gravitational forces experienced by a traveler must be bearably small. We have seen this in the Interstellar movie try to recall it.
5. A traveler must be able to cross through the wormhole in a finite and short period of time as measured not only by himself but also by observers who remain behind or who wait for him outside the wormhole.

Problems with Space/Interstellar Travel.

Making a wormhole is not an easy task, and it is even harder to make a traversable one, only in the Interstellar movie we could able to see some scenes. There is a small list of problems encountered when trying to make traversable wormholes.

1. Mass. Nobody knows what should be the minimum or maximum allowable mass of the spaceship to start our journey.
2. It has been proven that all wormholes need exotic/negative/hazardous matter to stay open. It is not only an exotic matter but also difficult to get in significant quantities.
3. How to construct a wormhole in an Engineering method?. Assuming we solve the first two problems. Then we need to learn how to open the mouth for the wormhole and how to keep the exotic matter inside the throat to keep it open, sounds interesting, isn't it? Yes, that's why it is still an engineering problem.
4. If we made a traversable wormhole, we would need to know where it is going. Also, we need to be able to decide where the wormhole will take us. This is harder than it seems at first. Unfortunately, earth has lost her best defender in the Avengers-End Game movie to construct a fully functional Space-Time GPS. We miss you Tony Stark AKA Ironman. We really need you for the future.
5. Ok, let us come back now to our concept now. Now one more interesting question is who will be there on the other side to open/create the mouth of the wormhole.

It can be seen that before we think of interstellar travel we must first learn how to make a wormhole, any wormhole, or any size. Unfortunately, even on paper/books, those wormholes are unstable. 

It feels a little complex, but in the recent paper, it is mentioned about instructions for constructing just such a wormhole. Eventually, the inherent vibrations in the cosmic strings are the same ones that might keep the wormhole open for some time, and therefore mass, away from the string, making it smaller and smaller. 

Since white holes don't exist, we need to take a new decision. Such as a charged black hole. In the beginning, wormhole-like solutions were found by studying the mathematical solutions from black holes. 

Black holes can carry a significant amount of electric charge. The inside of a charged black hole is a strange place, with the normal point-like singularity of a black hole stretched and distorted, allowing it to form a bridge to another oppositely charged black hole.

Again there will be some more questions like how to break the singularity? How to charge the blackholes? How to find the oppositely charged black holes, how to maintain the charge till we complete the journey over the throat? 

Oops.. 

Clearly, building a wormhole is not an easy task. It is also clear that in order to build a wormhole one must first know if they exist. Maybe interstellar travel through wormholes is something our generation won’t see. 

Nonetheless, there are still a few billion years before the sun burns us down, and much technology to design in the meantime. Earlier it was believed that space travel and rocket technology was believed to be theoretical only. as time passes mankind is able to achieve great things overmanned and unmanned missions. So for now we should think that this will be a milestone for the future. Even though wormhole traveling might only be possible after various generations have passed, we can still start today to plant the seed that will ripe its fruit for future generations, just like we have done so many times in the past.
