Campus Placement or Campus recruitment is a Program conducted by the universities or colleges to get their students job when nearing towards the end of their courses, from corporations who would recruit them from the available student population.

In campus drives , the companies visit the colleges to select the final year students on the basis of their abilities, focus and other areas of knowledge.

There are several factors on which the companies judge the students based on the type of job roles they re looking for. Every organization has their own way of recruitment.

and so on.

Now the question arises how to be prepared for such processes. Mostly companies also set a percentage criteria before the applications are invited so 

1.You really need to score good marks in all your semesters

2.Maintain respectful relationships with your faculties and the placement team of the college

Even though sometimes you might not be great with marks but that doesn't judge your capabilities or doubt it.

The basic thing is that you need to feel good and confident about yourself all the time. You need to start practicing for the processes in advance. Colleges along with the placement team always takes session and guides you regarding the process always, its you who needs to be attentive and aware.

There are Mock process happening in college just like pre boards to test you and suggest you the improvements. You can have self mock interviews among friends to be prepared.

You should be aware about the general knowledge of what all is happening around the world.

You should have a good way of communicating and presenting yourself. You should be expressive and clear in your thoughts and opinions. You should be confident enough even if your language is weak. Companies always try to understand your psychology , belief system and confidence.

On the day of the Process you should be :

Dressed neat and clean in a professional attire , be punctual at everything, be prepared and strong to face the panel, be polite and courteous .

Never try to cheat in any test or process as that will lead you no where.
