Why Do We Need Affirmations For Healing

I am sure all of you remember Rancho from 3 idiot movie ..

His favourite dialogue “ All is Well”…

It was like wishful thinking but it helped and that is exactly what affirmation is. 

We all experience negative thinking and self defeating thought.As  humans we have this habit of catastrophic things or thinking of worst case scenario first. We tend to doubt things and question intentions first and then give people benefit of doubt.

This is what we teach our children and  younger generations also, we consciously and unconsciously pass this burden on.

This not only effects us but also influences our surrounding and energies around us.These negative thought patterns have a capacity to self fullfill themselves as we start taking our belief as fact and act on it, this starts effecting our personal relationship, professional attitude and our social interaction.

How do we overcome this negative thought pattern and shift our perception. Just like negative thinking can have its impact the opposite of it can also influence us, deliberate use of positive thoughts can help us over come these negative feelings.

If we can condition ourselves to think worse of things, we can also condition ourselves to think the best of things also.

All we have to do is challenge and overcome self sabotaging negative thoughts by deliberate self lifting positive thoughts.

These thoughts have ability to help us overcome our own limiting beliefs and  help us overcome our own negativity.They are as powerful and helpful for our own benefit.

These powerful,self assuring positive statements can be referred to as Affirmations.

These affirmations can help us become mindful and change our own thought process for better clarity and we'll being.

Affirmation helps us build our own self worth by changing the way we perceive ourself. 

At the end of the day what we think is what we believe and what we believe is what we perceive and what we perceive is how we behave.

Affirmations help us shift this thinking process and help us see the positive and good around us.

This is important because once we accept ourselves only then can we heal ourselves.

So how do you use affirmation!!!

You can use affirmation in any situation in your life where you want to see a positive change.

Affirmation along with positive thinking, mindfulness and goal setting can help you improve your own self worth and quality of life.

Affirmations can help you raise your confidence, improve productivity , overcome bad habit, control negative feelings of anger, frustration and guilt, improve your own self esteem and help you handle life situations in positive manner. Ultimately leading to emotional and mental healing.

You have to repat your affirmations to yourself so that your subconscious can accept it and change it. It's like we keep reminding ourselves what we want, you need to repeat your affirmation as soon as you feel you are engaging in negative thoughts and derailing your own progress.

Always write down your affirmation and repeat them and believe in them.

Like I always say everything in our life needs practice this too does.

Remember the way we speak to ourselves can change the way we live our life.

Be kind to yourself and begin the process of healing from within with affirmations.

Tell yourself today:

“I forgive my past”

“ I deserve love”

“ I allow my self to heal”
