we all have not such good days and its ok to have bad days, but the important thing to remember is that they are just bad days, it does not mean bad life or bad you.
Few gentle reminders and tips can help us overcome the feeling of hurt, pain, anger, disappointment which turns bad day into a catastrophe. unfortunately if we have few events one after another we reach the worse case scenario. As a result we self declare our life as disaster and ourselves as failures.
We need to remember that things that are out of our control we cant do anything about it all we can work upon is ourselves and things in our control.
These are like hope messages, and note to self that, things will change nothing will remain same.
One of the movies I really enjoyed was , 3 Idiots a movie where Rancho(Amir Khan) uses his daily reminder so effectively that everyone starts saying it believing, including most of us who saw the movie..
Even after the worst of it is over you might feel pain and fear, it is here that these reminders help you see the little joys of life, acknowledge your feelings, appreciate life and take the step towards whole new beginning.
like your affirmations these also can be repeated to your self everyday. You can also have them noted and stick on your desk , write them in your journal β¦its ok to use them as your daily affirmations also.
These will help you challenge and overcome self sabotaging behavior and negative thoughts. When you repeat them believe in them you can start to make positive changes.
They help you handle effect stress and low self-esteem, it develops stronger sense of self worth which in return improves and builds our own confidence and well being.
You can make them powerful when you pair them with your affirmations, goal setting ideas, positive thinking write up or journal, mindfulness exercise and meditation.
you need to engage in this specially when you experience negative thoughts or behavior you feel is harming you.
Next time when you have a bad day or a bad moment just try using them for your self. like all things in life even selfcare and wellbeing needs practice. Try doing them as regularly as possible so that you can see the change they bring to your behavior and overall personality.
you have the power to change and all you need to do is have faith in yourself and in the process of change, for better meaningful life.
