But this is my friends reality of every wife who has her husband at home…
Husband at home not going to office..life of the wife is chaotic…
many will say it's work from home…How has routine changed…well to enlighten you …every wife is going through one such ride…it is Like everyone is preparing for the exam and they are already giving there's…
Day starts on the note of morning tea at five and ends at twelve doing things , we really thought will no longer need to be done…
Technically no constructive work is done…as house is in a big mess…everything is strategically missing….and If the lady of the house doesn't keep them in place then they will remain where they are for eternity…like the towel on floor, plates and utensils in the room than in the sink….shoes in every corner…books and clothes all around the house….The list goes on…
Well when wife need help you are working and when Netflix says watch what you are missing there is no work….well that is “holidaying husband”
Every time she negotiate charter of duties…they are renegotiated and somehow the amount of work and time she has left for herself is always never there… as compared to the rest of the household…
Somehow husband's or rather should I say better half is expert on mind reading…He knows when everyone is hungry and would suggest making something “Nice”..
What is Nice …..Chola bhatura, pizza, noodles, pasta….NO…
Apparently we make them every day so now it's wife's job to make something nice…well nice is boiled food and intermediate dieting…so that's it…I say ladies let's go with that….
well best is when illusion of peace is justified with talk on being accommodating…gentle reminder. We have accommodated you so we are evolved…we learned self motivation and self discipline long back…that's why you get the benefit of doubt…
Well all in all kudos to the ladies…
Inspite of everything…we have managed to stay organized, manage our time, collaboration and the art of Switching off….
Being wife to a holidaying husband is a full day job….Its like your wish to have him around taken literally by the universe…It is a marathon with no end…
Hoping times will change and we will be back to our routine…
