Hey, guys this write up is my small step towards the growing concern  in the topic of gender, which I want to share.

Gender is all about identifying males, females and transgender based on a set of certain identity traits. If we are identifying two sexes existing in our society into male and female then, we are actually referring to sex and not gender in general, while when we say women like pink and men like black but women possessing the traits of man and man possessing the traits of women for transgender then it's gender.

The society as we see has been able to interpret gender as a culture or tradition which has passed through generations to generations so far. The recent are of LBGT community's who too are finding a gap to fit into the society 

However, male dominance over female is one of the most earliest and widespread known form of inequality in human history we have witnessed so far.

To seek answer for the question “does our society allow women to assume masculine roles more readily than it allows males to assume roles traditionally called feminine?” Is very hard notion to explain, as the answer lies in the perception of each individual surviving in this planet, that are we ready to accept the part of both males and females to be interchanged, respecting their identity and the fact that women are merciful while men are physically strong, hence women are to be domesticated like other animals while man to protect his family from the outside world.

Now what can we do about it?

Realising  the way our nature has gifted the human society to evolve where one being the caretaker and other being the hard worker also, it's a fact that the duty and responsibility of both male and female can never be interchanged, but we can provide a space for both the sexes to modify, to the attributes of sexes not sex as a whole, which will also provide a space for LBGT to identify themselves, it's how we can approach equality without bringing war, in the centuries to come.

It is solely upto us whether we would accept our son to help his wife in cooking and cleaning stuffs while our daughter to help her husband to earn or else save in order to help him, in the role of bread earning scenerio and when we come across the transgender inspite of criticizing them we start with a slight nod to ourself that “yes we understand them", or else we would just like to safeguard our tradition of gender bias and sex inequality in rest of our lives and also pass it to the lives of our coming generations. The answer lies solely within us……
