Ways To Follow To Be Stress-free...
In my previous blog I have mentioned what actually stress is and how we feel into the trap of stress and also depression. How things around us make us feel inferior and many. In this blog will look on different ways to handle stress and pressure so that will lead a stress free and a happy and satisfied life.
Here comes the lists of things to do and I personally believe that this list would really change at least a single percent if you try following it.
- Exercise: The first thing and the most difficult thing to follow is exercising. Exercise makes your day valuable and gives strength and stamina to utilize a day to the fullest. Benefits of exercise is a lot to know on topic and hence is a most needed thing to do.
- Start your day without Mobile Phones : Days that are now a days starting with mobile phones make one lazy and do not make one ready for the day. Sometimes looking into messages may be the reason of depression. So try starting a day without phones as they tend to waste a lot of time.
- Breathing out fresh air: Walking around free spaces embracing oneself in fresh air may help you lessen the stress and makes you to calm down think and enable you to make a right decision.
- Make yourself available to do things you would love : Make time for things you would love to do. Give space for your hobbies. Enjoy the time you spend with it.
- Make yourself ready to accept yourself: Accepting your mistakes, learning from them is a important part you should be ready for. This reduces your stress and make you not to be hard on yourself. Let your learning make you strong but not stressed.
- Have a balanced diet: Eating habits with healthy dishes are the better cure for all kinds of difficulties. Eating good and healthy food makes one better and can enable one to be energetic throughout a day.
- Have a good sleep: Having a good sleep of nearly 7 hours a day helps you a lot to have a good and pleasant day and makes you available for the day with list worked out on the way to utilize and things to do. Food and sleep are the best medicine to all kinds of problem.
