Paneer Butter Masala Recipe !

Have you ever wondered so rich and creamy in restaurants? Here goes, my style of paneer butter masala recipe. Lets get started,

Paneer Butter Masala Recipe

Take a pan, and add 1 tsp of oil and to this I'm adding two large onions roughly chopped, saute the onions and saute the onions to their transparent and 10 - 12 nos of red chilis, and 3 large tomatoes roughly chopped and 1/4th cup of cashew nuts and next I'm adding 1 tbsp of salt, cook it nicely till it gets a golden brown color. Turn off the stove and cool the stove and cool the mixture. And transfer the cool mixture to the mixer jar and grind to a fine paste.

To the same pan, adding 3 tsps of ghee, and to this add 3 tsp of kashmiri red chilli powder , and give it a quick mix and keep the flame on medium and make sure the chilli powder don't get burned and now add the ground tomato and onion paste, and add little water to the mixer jar to remove all the excess masala paste that is stuck with the jar, next I added 1 tsp of garam masala powder and few kasuri methi leaves (ie,) crushed and a hand full of freshly chopped coriander leaves and stir well, and spread the coriander leaves all over the extract.

Close and cook for about 10 minutes in low flame !!

To make the gravy much richer and creamier, grind 50 gms of unsweetened khoa and 3 tbps of raw milk and grind it to a nice fine paste. You can also substute the mixture of khoa and milk with condensed milk , if you don't have khoa you can add a tsp of sugar, you can give a light sweetness to balance the flavours of the masala.

Add 2 tbps of fresh cream and add the ground khoa mixture, since I use unsweetened khoa, I used to add 1 tsp of sugar for the sweetness, you can skip adding sugar if you're khoa is sweet. Mix everything together and add 1/4th cup of water and 1 tsp of salt, and after mixing add paneer, I added 300 gms of paneer (into small cubes).

Close and cook for about 10 minutes in low flame !!

It's almost ready, lastly I have added butter and coriander leaves for the topping. There you go, our super tasty rich and creamy restaurant style paneer butter masala is ready :)
