So there are many things which u can do to be fit in lockdown main thing is do ur work by urself and so all house hold worksπ, like it's also a form of exercising but still u need to do lot more things , like have a good food plans don't go for junks or oily foods and processed foods have always healthy foods and eat lots of fruits and veggies etc. So lets me tell u about being fit at home, first of all getting up in the morning and going for walk or jogging for 1 or more than 1 hour, I am telling u daily 1hour of walk is very very useful to us , u should walk atleast 1hr daily to be fit and that improves your physical activities, and then u can do push ups and situps, skipping, jumping jacks and running in same place, knee jumps , mountain climbers etc exercises which helps u keep fit and if u have a pair of dumbells it's even good u can do full body workout with dumbells and u can be fit. So there are many ways in which u can be fit , and being fit not only recommend to be physically fit but to be mentally fit too, when u do exercise your mental health increases and u get relive from stress, anxiety and many things. And being fit means not only building muscles and having great physics , fit means having a good lean body from which u can perform any physical activity, so for that u can do many exercises and many other things to become fit, main things to do is running and skipping, these two exercises will make you fit and active whole day and it increases the stamina and energy in yourself. And eat lot of vitamin c foods to improve immunity which helps you to fight against covid 19 virus , so basically u should do all the factors which helps you to become fit and main thing is you should eat fit, so have green tea , black coffee, avoid sugar and eat less salt and masala items, and enjoy the lifeβ¨.
