There are a variety of emotions going on within us, sometimes positive and sometimes negative.

But we all know that negative emotions are more powerful than positive ones, how to control them or how to turn these negative into positive ones is always in our hands, Like watch some movie, motivational quotes, read books, or do anything that makes you happy and peaceful. Because once my sister said you glow differently when you are happy and peaceful.

Let others judge you because that is their work, but don't you get trapped and judge yourself, that the worst thing ever that you will do to yourself.
Suddenly we wake up and we feel low, we don't feel energetic, has anybody noticed why is it so?
We think too much and we think unnecessary that is what occupies our mind and we try to analyze things in our own way which is not necessary and focus on what is necessary.

The better option is to let go, how do we do that we feel discomfort when someone tells us sometimes or does not listen to us a huge bucket of emotions within you which you don't feel like revealing to anybody. No worries it's only us who can heal ourselves, change ourselves, control our emotions and nobody else has the power of control over our emotions.
How hard is it to let your heart overpower your mind and vice versa, it's difficult to stabilize yourself in the hard times but all I have learned is not to give up and stand back even when life gives you 1000 reasons to fall, that's how you will be a winner, a champion.

Somedays if something wrong is about to happen or if something wrong has happened to me or my dear ones my heart starts popping out as if it will be in y hands anytime but then I realize this is a learning lesson and learning never ends or stops, then I talk to myself and listen to peaceful songs and I know my God is with me looking after me.
These wrong things happen to teach us a learning lesson that is essential at every point of life.

Every stage of life we keep learning new things, every day is a lesson which we have to take positively & move on.

Every day is not going to be the same, nor are you going to get a bed of roses, nothing will come with ease, nor are you born with a silver spoon, make your own identity and name, because darling you deserve it.
