So let me ask you a question - what is perfect body according to you?
For this… everyone will have different answers despite of not having the so called “Perfect Body” and having so many issues with your own body. Nobody is happy with the way they look but still judging others and passing comments like if someone is skinny they are thin, if someone is curvy they are fat this disturbs people because in this social media world people are much more conscious about how they look, their physical appearance, and body shape rather than their actual health and fitness which should be considered and I don't understand why body shape is given so much importance today instead of health and fitness.
Nowadays, beauty is defined by a person's shape of body and called and this is the main reason everyone is behind getting the so called “Perfect Body” and started starving and following fad diets which somehow leads to stress when they are unable to achieve that desired body.
At last I would say people should stop commenting on somebody's physical appearance and at the same time shouldn't be tolerated by anyone. Stop body shaming as it's not cool anymore it hurts people, we should respect every individual not by their looks but beyond that and We all need to understand that even if we call ate the same, workout the same our bodies will still look different because we all are different and unique and we should respect this difference.
If you are skinny that's okay … If you are not skinny that's okay…
If you are curvy that's okay … If you are not curvy that's okay…
If you have perfect body that's okay … If you don't have perfect body that's also okay …
You know what's not okay…
"BODY SHAMING"
It's high time now stop looking for a perfect body which no one has.
