So, how can we inculcate this practice in our daily life? The answer to this question is very simple. Begin with 30 minutes of yoga in the morning, followed by 10 minutes of meditation and 5 minutes of Nadi Shodan Pranayama (alternate nostril breathing).

This pose rejuvenates the entire system.Matsyasana (Fish Pose): Stretching our neck in this pose further activates the thyroid gland, promoting balance.This way we can practice yoga and learn to live in harmony with this simple yet amazing science of life.
