Sometimes I think I'm that person who feels uncomfortable eating in public. Because I personally feel that if others like me are hungry at the same time. It saddens them  for a few minutes that they had nothing to close the doors to the hungry. You may consider me  an overthinker. But personally I  feel that we all have these thoughts, but we  think that we are not the cause of those cravings, so we do not take responsibility for it and convince our mind to eat at that moment. On the contrary, we are also  face to face. On the other hand, when we feel hungry and If someone eats in front of us, it attracts us. I don't blame anyone, but somehow we are the ones who attract others to hunger. On the other side of the same world, we influence someone to be a person who quits all the time, whether it's necessary or not. Except for Heaven, all other places everywhere are caught in advertising traps  and we are the rats caught in the products they sell. According to a PWC study, 63 percent of Indians spend money on unwanted purchases. Spending 43 percent on food and beverages, 4%  medical expenses. Although we spend half  the money, we are not a healthier generation. According to International Diabetes Federation (IDF) statistics, India has the  highest number of diabetics in the world. It is predicted that 135 million people will die in 2035 and 60% of deaths in India will be due to cardiovascular diseases. I know you were thinking, Hey man! First you  started talking about eating in public  but now you  started talking about unhealthy eating habits. Is there anything relative? ... I  say yes. How could we not? Even being unaware of the food we eat and not caring for people who don't have food. Even for small purchases, we want 1000 convincing reviews when ordering. We also see a food review in the vlog. How delicious is it? Not so, how healthy is it? We should know whether body really needs this food. For example to buy unwanted products. We eat foods that are undesirable for our body. It hurts and spends on hospitality. Malnutrition continues to be a significant problem in some sections of the population in India, along with these lifestyle diseases. The National Family Health Survey (NFHS) has revealed data showing that thousands of children and adults in country are malnourished, undernourished and over nourished. When it comes to minerals, vitamins and fibers in food, undernutritions is defined as insufficient food intake, while overnutrition is excessive consumption of nutrient poor and energy dense foods. By bringing the publication to your phone on social media, the foods you buy and  eat can make you personally happy. But it happens like a butterfly effect. If this temptation gets them high, the inability to work hurts them  a lot, which leads to overspending. This is indeed one of the main things we  want to talk about apart from the ICC World Cup and Big Boss. If we are wise about it, the world will surely become a difficult place to live. Since the day I wrote this blog, I have become a person who has influenced a person to buy a product or eat  unhealthy food eater to person who has influenced people to take more care of their loved ones in terms of health and circumstances to make the world a better place to live.
