HELLO,
Everyday is a new challenge to us and those challenges when we face with courage we are dennoted as a warrior or as a loser that's what our society teaches us and to them also it doesn't matter because since childhood they were also expected to do it. our society never questions on this things which is taking down the confidence and self respect of an individual . it is necessary to fight like a warrior but it is also crucial to know the loser side when they loses, everything takes us to a successful path. if our mind is positive then miracles happens but due to negative people around us it's a bit difficult. our society has given their own misinterpreted names to each section with a negative side. if a student is not getting good grades he/she is having affair or they are more active on social media blah blah . we are humans and it is perfectly fine if you are having bad days but society thinks that this our karma. we need our society to be with us in every good and bad circumstances. but at the same time we ourselves needs to change our negative thoughts to positive ones because if we take all the people gossips seriously we will be making a huge mistake , so it is our duty to look upon our thoughts. Just do not allow despair ,frustration or unhappiness to fill your awareness do not succumb to despair, unhappiness or frustration and do not let them grow it can help, if you imagine a happy event, read something that makes you happy, repeat a positive affirmation or focus on happy feelings.
Understand that you cannot always control the situations in your life, but you can control and change your attitude and reactions. Negative attitude and feelings will bring negative conditions, and positive attitude and feelings would make the situation improve. Strive to show some positive feelings towards people that you don't like. You don't need to be their friends, but you can stop being negative and unpleasant towards them. Stay away from negative and stressful people whenever you can. If you work with them, or cannot avoid them, don't let their state of mind affects you. Try to develop a little detachment towards them.
If we set up supportive and helpful environment there will be no distinctions among people. share your inner unity and surround people with positive thoughts, sayings etc.
