Hi all,  hope you all are doing fine. Today, when I woke up in the morning, the weather was so cloudy outside I did not feel like waking up so early. I Slept again because this is a weekend and end up waking up at 10 am. We, the service holder people , I think have only these weekends when we can complete our sleep or pending works or targets. Other days all we can do is to wake up, do the necessary works before leaving for work and get dressed and leave. For the last 1.5 years majority of the people are getting the privilege of working from home. Well, that's a whole complete other story where most of the people find it so routine-less and monotonous now..

I work under essential services. I never really enjoyed the fun of working from home or the lockdown pleasures for a long time. So, for me I have only my weekend for chilling. I was in Chennai where the monsoon used to come very late and it was scorching heat. 1 year back, I turned to a Mumbaikar, thanks to my transfer. When I came here on July 2020, it was monsoon. I enjoyed the rain last year also but my this year experience is quite fresh and different. Last year I  used to stay inside my office quarter and honestly I did not have the courage to go and explore Mumbai, amid of lockdown. From March , this year, I gathered my courage and long lost interest to go and roam Mumbai.

And here I am. I started travelling by train, came to know about the routes. Also, the Vada Pao, Misal Pao, the long walk through marine drive beach and the empty Gateway of India … the TAJ… I start loving it all. I always had a dream to stay in Mumbai for some years of my life. 

This year also rain started. I live in a Sea-side apartment from where we can see the clouds are coming on the top of the hills, the sea and the birds, the ships. While writing this blog, its raining outside continously from the last night. I always heard others to praise about ‘’ Mumbai ki Barish". Really feeling awesome to experience that in my life and I can tell you one thing, despite of all the traffics and train schedule hassles , Mumbai rain is a worth of a lifetime experience and its a Beauty…..
