Let's talk about how our Brain works when we stress our brain fight to overcome the problem that we are facing and we stress more about things when this mechanism doesn't stop it starts harming you in the way you cannot imagine it can lead to more frequent nervous break down can make you vulnerable more likely to distortion. When you fear something your brain tries to avoid the situation it doesn't mean you are weak it's tendency of your body as a response towards things that can harm you in any ways, to overcome fear we fight and flip our feelings when the mechanism of fighting and flipping doesn't stop you start depriving. You just need courage to overcome this to live a happy and lively life you wanted. When you doesn't work on overcoming your fears you start thinking about it more frequently you seem lost, you try to hold it control it but the act of controlling make it more worse it becomes infectious and spreads upto a point where you start suffocating yourself. Simultaneous reaction occurs and you start loosing your patience. You think about it hundreds of times but you do not work on it you do not face it during this period you may loose your identity however along with your identity you loose self confidence,self worth, your values and even your relationships every thing seems harder you try to avoid each and every person you, socialise less avoid conversations with peoples, you communicate less you try to pretend to be stronger but inside you are broke. The fear of darkness has overtaken your soul. imagine not being able to speak not being able to be a real person how difficult it can be for anyone who is facing this. It requires only a small step Courag. Do not give up on your life I know it is harder and thought of failures has taken over your happiness but you have to realize that the path you are seeking is right in front of you, you have to calm your self. Down and look for the best. That ray of hope is all you need to come out of this mess. Just take it slow go with flow first settle your thoughts second work on self improvement. Don't accept that you're a victim. I understand you can be victim in some cases and could not fought it due to circumstances but now is the time you can fight it and move forward. An advice I can give you is take each day as a task and perform accordingly. Single step at a time this way you can regain your confidence and self worth along with salvation.
You just need a ray of hope to move forward you have to find that chance and act on it without thinking twice. to overcome your fear no one can teach it's just you who can work on it and pass it move through it.
