How people deal with constant anxiety. I don't  know how a person handle himself or herself during his or her dark times. continuous suffering because of their thoughts and how they are constantly worrying about little things. how do they face all the fears? if they're scared of everything around them. How about standing in a hall full of people you know however you still feel alone in this crowd. If you're not suffering you won't know how challenging it's for a person who is suffering. Mental health issue are important and really sensitive topic . Everyone is facing a battle Inside out. if you don't know real facts about there lives do not judge them.  People out there are facing serious illness they're fighting their own battle alone they need help they want to reach out to someone but they can't cause they scared of the society that will judge them and entitle them with the words like paranoid, mental, mad, I'll . We should not tell the person suffering through this condition i.e they are misfit in world full of perfectionists. Our  goal should be how people can be  happier around us instead off how rich and social entitled luxurious lives they are living. In this process we forget that due to vigorous lifestyles they are facing emotional traumas, heart breaking incidents, betrayal, stress .In process of maintaining a luxurious life they forgot to live a happy life. It's important to teach our generation maintaining a normal life is not a failure. What matters is how happy they are in there lives. Mental state can be distorted due to constant pressure of our lives but we should learn how to handle when to take rest. It's okay to take a step back, it's okay to take rest a bit, it's okay to spend a whole day laying at your bed and it's okay to sleep all day, but you have to realize that one or other day you have to get up and face this and make it better for your sake. I know we can't help each and every people who are suffering but we can reach out to people who are close to us if you see a person with frequent mood swings , constant anxiety , sudden antisocial behaviour change in their lifestyle all you have to do is ask themselves how they're doing your one question can help them a lot tell them that you're with them no matter what you are there to help and to protect them make person feel secure around you. I know not everyone will open to you about their issues they won't over share there suffering but atleast they'll know whom to go whenever they need someone. Helping them may not be your biggest achievement or your concern but for the sufferers it can save there lives .
