Are you suffering from acne marks and hyperpigmentation around your mouth area, then hey thanks for stopping by you are the right place.
Hey everyone I hope you are doing well amidst the pandemic. Please do follow if you find this blog to be helpful because it is going to mean a lot for me.
Now, let's begin.
When I was a kid I used to see my aunt and grandmother rubbing lemon juice in their entire face . I was very much curious about it . One day I asked them about the jaz and in return they replied me that if we rub lemon juice then we can get rid of the hyperpigmentation and sun tan from our face 👀.
Back in the days when I used to go to school I used to get a lot of sun tan because I never used a SPF or uv protected umbrella ever in my life. So I stared applying lemon juice too in my face and thus the worst happened with the passage of time my skin's barrier got disrupted and I was suffering from photo sensitivity.
As you all know we Indians even now are so much obsessed with our skin colour. We forgot that we make fun of our own people's skin colour. And we should stop this . I believe we should embrace our own skin colour, no matter what. You can't change your skin colour or your undertone ever all you can do is to get rid of the hyperpigmentation and some scars if you use some products.
Back in the day's I used to suffer from pimples which used to give me stubborn acne marks. I started using vitamin c serum as it is beginner friendly.
So, vitamin c is a antioxidant, meaning it protects skin cells from damaging free radicals caused by UV exposure.
It's my request to you guys don't buy a vitamin c serum which has just the symbols of some oranges and lemons, rather read the Ingredients list properly and make sure what kind of vitamin c derivative does your products contain.
L- ascorbic acid is a derivative of vitamin c and is known to be as the one of the purest form of vitamin c.
Other than that Ascorbyl palmitate, Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate, Magnesium Ascorbyl palmitate, are few well known vitamin c derivative which are stable .
Vitamin c tends to degrade if it comes in direct contact with the moisture and atmosphere. So it is preferable to buy vitamin c product which are kept in dark frosted bottles along with a pump packaging.
It is preferable to apply it in the morning along with your SPF to get the boost of benefits. But you can also apply it at night in a cleansed face.
That's all for now . Vitamin c recommendation will be uploaded in my next blog.
XOXO
