7 Lifestyle Changes Which Can Help You Lose Weight

We all want to look our best selves. We all want to loose weight. To archive our goal we tend to starve, we tend to not go out parting, we force ourselves to bust ourselves in gyms and sacrifice a lot .But just small changes in your lifestyle can help you achieve your dream body.

7. PORTION CONTROL

It is very important to have control on the portion of food we eat. Overeating is one of the most unhealthy habit someone can acquire. It does not matter if it our favorite food we should listen to our gut.

 6.PUT YOUR FORK DOWN

Chewing your food can help you  take in less calorie than you usually do. Chewing your food helps the food to digest quickly so, food will not be converted into fat by your body and you will not gain calories. After taking each bite you should put your fork/spoon down. Through this, the process of taking  food in will get slow and ultimately the process of chewing will also decrease.

5.EAT IN SMALL PLATES

Eating in small pates will ultimately realty in consuming less food. If we eat in small plates we will automatically take less portion of food. For instance you are eating a rice in a small bowl, after finishing it your mind will get the message that you have eaten enough because you ate one whole bowl.

4.WORKOUT

Weight loss is dependent mostly on your food which is 80% but the rest 20% which is workout is also very important. You may loose weight by only your diet but the body you want can only be achieved with the combination of workout and diet. Workout helps to bring body body in shape and to tighten it. It can be in for you like such as weight lifting, jogging,dancind,yoga etc

3.DRINKING WATER

Drinking 3-4l of water everyday is very important to not only loose weight but to be healty.water will also help you get clear skin, soft hair,nice body. Drinking water is must!

2. SLEEP

Sleeping is related to weight loss. While sleeping our body releases an harmane which helps us to control our apatite. Everyone should sleep at least for 6-8 hours.

  1. DO NOT MEASURE YOUR WEIGHT DAILY

Measuring your weight daily might demotivate you at times. our body works in mysterious ways we don’t know off. It might show us result everyday, it might show the result every week or even every month. We should not check our weight more than once.
