How To Get Away From Social Media Addiction??? Not Able To Study?? Read It!

Ahh! It's 2021 , be cool! Having a social media account even with the 12 years old kid is sooo cool and common these days!! Have you ever thought of the impact on them? 

It's soo cool having an personal social media network, being cool and REGRETTING IT LATER! 

I'll share the small story which I have witnessed! 

One of my friend created her insta, fb account when she was studying her 9th class. She had no idea about how addicted she can get to it in future. It became common for her to use it when she got her phone. The first thing she used to do when she got a phone is directly going on to her account. Later, even when she took her mobile for completing her assignment/homework she used to get into her account and never completed her work. And finally, how can she get good grades?? Never! (Believe me she was A+ student)                               this is how social media turned my friend's grade down! 

Believe me if you are student then it's gonna effect a lot…. 

Mental health???                            

You become soo addicted that you can't live without your phone for a single day. 

Social media becomes more important than your life. 

Creative?? You are not a creative person anymore! 

It blinds up your mind

Your feelings are attached to your medias. 

Stress!!! (Don't ever think that being busy on phone gets you away from stress) 

Physical strain (no physical exercise, all day busy scrolling) 

Your brain heats up along with your Mobile. 

Most important EyEs : do you ever care? 

And many more!!!!!! 

How to get out of it?? 

Your hobby!! What's your hobby? Painting, reading etc, work on them. 

There are many app to control the usage of mobile.. parental control apps !  

You can easily access to those apps. You can have a specific limit of time to use your mobile. Your parents can have an access to time you are using. And you can easily get out of it. Think positive : ) 

Meet your best friends,, talk to them! 

Share all the things you have done a whole day with your parents! 

I don't tell you to stop having social media's. Have it in limited way. Don't be busy in that whole day. At least never keep your phone with you while you are reading! 

Make an habituate of writing your dairy at the end of the dayy! 

There are many ways to get out of addiction. It's difficult but it's not impossible!!!
