First of all, I would Like to thank you all for reading my blogs consistently and providing very good feedback in the comment section. That really motivates me to write more blogs regularly.

Let's start with today's most Interesting topic “Benefits of Getting up Early”.Well, personally I have read many autobiographies of great people like Sachin Tendulkar, Bill Gates, Nelson Mandela the most common thing in them as they were all early risers. Famous Actor Akshay Kumar wakes up early at 4.00 AM in Indian culture this time is also called Brahmamurta.

The first and most prominent gain you would experience is you have time to organize your day in a more structured way and list out the things that are to be done according to priority. Along with it you are ready and prepared to face the world while your competitors are still sleeping. In the Bible, it is well written “Those who Love to sleep Poverty comes to them like the thief in the night”. 

Todays the young youth have a very bad habit of doing something till late at night, Pay attention I am mentioning they are doing something I am not telling they do work. Well then eventually getting up late and making the whole day waste. I believe that the day well started is the most prominent thing for each and every individual to lead a happy life. Remember you can only be successful only when you start to wake up the sun every day in the morning not when the sun wakes you up.

Scientifically it has been proven that waking up early boosts your self-esteem. Even the efficiency of the brain to grasp things during the early morning is more. The time required to complete the task is very little during the early morning, Even I had a very good personal experience with it during my exams in Engineering early morning studies helped me to understand the concepts very easily and also helped me in recalling the concepts while writing paper.

Even early morning exercises are very beneficial with meditation. These both are the best exercise for Physical and Mental Health. Even the thought processed you could have experienced is very smooth during the morning which helps us getting better ideas about any subjects. The quality of life can only be increased by raising the quality of your thoughts for sure.
